The Tidal Tank is a great choose your own weight workout equipment. From the 2 options I was able to select from, the 49lb or the 79lb, I chose the 79lb because it gives me greater flexibility to go increment the weight as I get stronger. What I really like is its portability. Some of the workouts are also very good to perfom to increase explosiveness. This bag is not meant to be thrown at.
